Purchases & Refunds

Refund Policy

We have an industry-best, no-questions-asked, 60-day refund policy. That means you can request a refund for a product you purchased through us for any reason, up to day 60, and we will refund you in full. Unfortunately, once the 60-day window has passed, you will not be able to request a refund from your account, and we will not be able to process refund requests.

Updating Payment Info

TryApp doesn't store any credit card #'s, not even the last 4 digits. If you want to change your payment method, you can just do so in the checkout page. Because we don't store it, you have the ability to easily update the card every time you pay.

Reselling/Rebuying Deals

While you may be tempted to resell an old TryApp deal for a money, don't do it! Reselling deals is a big no-no and a direct violation of our Terms of Use.

Sold Out Deals

Unfortunately, once a deal is ended, our contract with the partner has expired. We cannot sell any more copies of the deal. Tips to not miss the next deal: Subscribe your best email address and push-notification. We often send alerts when deals begin and when they're about to end.

Expired Deals

If you check your original confirmation email and instructions, you’ll see that all deals have expiration dates for when the codes are no longer accepted by our partner. Think of an TryApp code you receive as a coupon. We can’t give you the product directly, but we sell you a coupon that allows you to redeem the product with our partner. Because the redemption process is hosted on the partner’s website, and as a 3rd party reseller, we can’t control whether or not those codes stay live after the expiration date.
